**2G /3G RF team leader (2 year ):
1) Zain 3G launching Project:3G pre-launch network drive testing and optimization.
- Checking & adjusting database parameters discrepancies.
- Testing the coverage doing SSV (Single Site Verification) - test contain voice call and video and download /upload from FTP server to meet critical value. (more than 400 sites)
- Make SSV reports which contains SC & RSCP &EcIo plots, throughput of HSDPA & HSUPA (more than 400 sites).
- planning Drive test routes and provide it to DT team before cluster DT
Completed 30 Clusters testing using Genex probe and Genex assistant and scanner.
- Cluster Optimization Reports by analyzing cluster DT using GENEX Assistant & Probe to meet the Pre-launch KPIs for initial acceptance (KPIs included RSCP, Ec/No, CSSR, SCR, CDR, HOSR, HOFailure, Rx level, Rx Quality etc)
2) Umniah 2G modernization project (2G swap project):
-Conducted more than 400 GSM sites drive tests to meet traffic and coverage requirements before and after the cabinet swap using Genex Probe.
-Checking handover performance between cells and neighbor sites
-Perform and analyze drive test and generate reports using Genex assistant which contains sevCell ID &RxLev and RxQual plots Before and after swap and note the different in Performance between them.
- Checking the Uplink and Downlink frequencies before and after the Swap
- Identifying Causes of poor coverage and checking the problems
-Checking handover performance between cells, and identify causes of RF Interference
-Planning and re-planning cell size antennas (Azimuth or Tilt) and location to meet traffic capacity & converge needs. In addition to check the Uplink and Downlink frequencies & missing neighbors
-Perform and analyze drive test and generate reports using Genex assistant
-Observing the particular cell parameters such as RX-level, Rx-quality, C/I, C/A, KPI
- 2G Surveys (RxLev/ RxQual), GPRS and EDGE.

- HUAWEI training on 3G network survey and installation of node B and feeder system
- Training on installation of RTN 910 and 950
- Training on 3G RF using Genex probe and assistant
- 3G network site survey RF and MW Survey
- Experience in installation of nodeB indoor and outdoor
- Experience in installation of MW HUAWEI RTN 910 and 950 link and alignment
1) Training in the Transmission department that included microwave links maintenance PDH/SDH, Single and Dual Polarization. Testing, Commissioning & Integration of the BTS and E1, and testing the external alarms, and Troubleshooting, Perform Antenna System & Feeder Test, Perform Antenna alignment to get the calculated RSL, Perform site on air.
2) Training Radio frequency Optimization & Planning:
Site Survey, Site Selection, Antenna Planning, Familiar with MapInfo Professional program. Drive Testing using TEMS-INVESTIGATION - Ericsson.
Identification of RF / Network problems using Collected Statistics or Drive test log files Coverage Optimization - Level and Quality Optimization to ensure subscriber satisfaction of level and Quality.
Analysis of performance indicators (e.g. call Drop Rate, QoS, Handover reasons).
BSS parameter planning (BSIC, Cell Id, neighbors list), Site File list of planned antennas (type, direction, and tilt), feeders, type of BTS, and number of Radios
