Recent achievements

• Construction of infrastructure (buildings, power transformers, power stations, firefighting systems, water treatment plants, drainage and water networks, power lines for medium voltage, asphalting) in two areas of more than 2 square kilometers for each.
• Financial abundance for the company by reducing costs through direct negotiations with suppliers and contractors, and through value engineering.
• Participate in the establishment of departments (logistical support, quality, maintenance and marketing).
• Preparation of the main functions of the departments (management of subsidiaries and project management) and recruiting of staff.

- Manage the Environmental and Facility side of plant maintenance.
- Managing more than 140 employees for planed and emergency power plant maintenance.
- Increasing productivity of the central workshop and ensuring the stability of electrical power supply during peak periods.

- Conduct training needs analysis for more than 100 employees, based on analysis of standard job tasks and skills essential for carrying out the job in most efficient and effective way. Prepare employees annual development plan.
- Assign and manage subject matter experts working in section to conduct on job training and presentations.
- Contribute to the formation of strategies for the power plant’s function to ensure the objective of maintenance function are aligned and reflected.
- Process to accomplish optimized plant efficiency and high reliability and utilization of the generating units.
- In addition to other duties regarding quality workplace improvement and employee development in addition to participating in higher administrative tasks in the SEC headquarters.
