Since October 2011 - till at Present:
Currently working as a HR Business Partner/HR Consultant role to provide all type of HR Outsourcing Services, including Talent Management/Performance/Reward Management/ Organizational Design/Recruitment Selection and job evaluation to client.
My job is to assist the organizations in designing, implanting the HR/General Administrative strategies and practices that support robust business goals and growth.
Reinforcing a culture of performance focus meritocracy and diversity through holistic approach to overall talent management including organizational continual development through competence mapping, performance management, succession planning and talent retention strategies.
To develop and execute a learning and development plans that equips individuals/teams/department with necessary skills and competence to translate the business strategies into action plans, with objectives to bring the companies into a competitive edge to maintain the growth cycle on continual basis.
As a HR Business Partner/Consultant/Advisor to the top management in order to ensure at all time with compliance with Local Labour Laws related to employment in the UAE.

HR & Administration Manager from (4th Apr. 2008 to 8th Oct. 2011):
During above tenure, my responsibilities was to provide a comprehensive HR Business Partner services to above two manufacturing organization, including establishment of policies, systems, standard operational procedures, instructions, sourcing for recruitment, selection, compensation management, employees relation/personnel management, employees legal aspect and support all other management team with regards to HR and Labour Law management as a HR Business Partner/Internal HR Consultant.
Accomplishments:
• Worked as a HR and Administration Manager to support Al Rajhi Groups three Companies, (Cladtech International, Unipods LLC and Unikitchen) from its inception/startup to operational level, where during this period recruited more than 1, 300 employees for UAE and KSA.
• Successfully managed all legal aspect from initial industrial/manufacturing licensing to look after all construction phase, commissioning/startup to operational level with communicating to the all related ministries such as Ministries of Commerce, Economy, Customs, Labour, Immigration, Internal and external in UAE (RAK, Dubai and Abu-Dhabi).
• Successfully Opened Company branches in Dubai and Abu-Dhabi for Cladtech & Unipods.
• Established the entire gamut of HR policies and PMS framework for the above both companies resulting in greater level of transparency and process maturity.
• Actively involved in establishing three companies right from the beginning.
• Established all systems, procedure, instructions and internal training system.
• Played a stellar role and successfully completed the hiring of above 1, 300 Employees for above both companies.
• Implemented Key Result Area and KPI with Performance Management System.

RAK CEMENT COMPANY, RAK: Head of Personnel Department (Mar. 99 to Mar. 08)
It was honor and privilege to work with world leader in building material industries (Lafarge), under LAFARGE management joined the company at its startup/commissioning phase and as head of Personnel Department under direct reporting to unit head (GM), established world class Human Resources, Training and Administration System and its training, implementation and maintained with continual improvement for three employment contracts of three year each (total 9 years).
Designed and implemented a complete HR framework with best HR practice in cement industries that helped to attracted and retain cement professional with less than 2% retention rate.
• Successfully designed and implemented training programs (technical and HR soft skills and leadership development) for organizational development.
• Developed and implemented target based performance appraisal system for the company and rolled out a performance based incentive scheme for cement professionals.
Major Contribution
• Implemented Performance Management System of overall Cement Plant on the basis of Management by Objectives System with HR Dashboard.
• Implemented the Best Practices of HR in the cement manufacturing business.
• Played a major role in the company getting ISO 9001/2000 certification in first audit.
• Achieved minimum level of turn-over (less than 2%).
• Recruited above 250 employees with minimum cost.
