Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
Assist in the evaluation of training programs.

involved regarding all employee for preparations of the air tickets, transportation,
Accommodation, and Orientation program
Coordinating insurance services
Assist in providing travel services, accommodation and issuing air ticket.
Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel
problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's
personnel policies and practices.
Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing
disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
