• Introduce and own IT processes including Agile estimation & development, Release Management, Change Management, Post-Delivery Support (Incident & Problem Management), Decision Making Framework, SMART Goals/KPIs, Asset Management, Risk Management

• Reduce bugs by 90% over 4 years by driving continuous improvement through technical excellence practices for teams and products

• Part of senior IT management that led successful transition to Agile Scrum from Waterfall Model

• Standardize Service Level Agreements across all clients to offer uniform service and decrease administration costs

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead Production (Service Ops/Maintenance), Product Management, and DevOps departments

• Provide roadmaps to continuously improve business process re-engineering and services offered with more reliability, scalability, and code reusability

• Mentor 100+ professionals to adopt Agility mindset across all disciplines in three locations

• Collaborate with clients and Client Services teams to improve the product offering and customer experience

• Responsible for Agile transformation and continuous delivery while also practicing Agile values and principles

• Continuous evolution of processes for more automation and reliable systems

- Primary Symbian developer with major responsibility being a location-based social networking application which kept tracks of user’s location and user could perform actions based on their own location and their friends’ locations.
- Working on and maintaining the database used by mobile software as well as the website.
- Interfacing between the mobile and database through GPRS/EDGE.
- Getting all location information of users using cellular details or GPS.
