Setting a standard procedure for FM department:

This standard will focus upon six key comparators all of which will be of value to what we are trying to do. They are:

1.Financial:
• Zero-based budget planning
• Re-study, analyze and identify caps of overspending in past years. Standardizing spending percentage at fixed one of total revenue of all malls
• A monitoring and control procedure of approved budget spending during operations.
• Forecasting process and procedure.

2.Environmental
• Environmental sustainability assessment and how to improve.
• Energy consumption and saving plans
• Waste management.
• Sustainable design standards.

3.Quality:
• Prepare and implement a standard SLA for all service agreements.
• Standard KPIs and monitoring procedure
• Improved safety, health, well-being and productivity of workforce

4.Satisfaction
• Indoor customers - Tenants
• Outdoor customers - Visitors
• Improved Customer satisfaction measurement standards based on:

6.Renovating 4 malls:
Directly responsible for a major renovation projects in 4 operational malls across the portfolio (Planning, budgeting, design phase, Tendering-pre-qualification and selection Implementation, Testing and commissioning and Hanover to the operations team.

7.Retail delivery:
With Over 1000 shops across portfolio my main responsibilities were focused
on 2 parts:
Enhance and upgrade the look and feel up to latest standards if ongoing lease agreements shops deliver the new tenants fit out at the maximum technical and look and feel standards. Prepare and improve the fit-out guidelines malls-wise.

Delivering 3 cinema locations in our malls. (Feasibility study, design, planning, and construction)

Achievements in Business development:
Three malls renovation with a total budget of 10.5M $
Leading and presenting three investment opportunities for commercial and mix-use projects to company across the Kingdom.
