* Creating financial models and plans to track and monitor data.

* Monitor pettycash and analys and allocate related expenses for further approvals.
* Discuss and suggest and participate in all concerns that is related to finance with operation management for better control and performance.
* Participate in setting roles and policys and ideas.
* Taking important role in setting KPI on western team and finding weaknesses to repair and suggest best action.
* Using Oracle for manager access for monitoring books and doing necessary reconiliations.
GL:
• Handle month-end and year-end closing process.
• Assist with Annual Audit and cover all auditors required information and clarifications.
• Prepare and report the VAT monthly basis and respond to any inquiry from Zakat.
• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Maintain all Staff Cost sheets and process monthly payroll.
AR:
* Manage the AR section and all related activities, and ensure that all payments made by our clients are booked with immediate effect.
* Coordinating with the sales team to ensure that customer ledger is updated and all prepayments from customers is cleared parallel with the delivery of the materials.
* Monitor the Customers Aging on Weekly/ Monthly basis and set an action plan for collectors to control the overdue.
* Follow with sales staff to provide expected collections and to insure collecting it in the promised time.
* Record all entries related to the AR section such as Bank deposits, collections and cash sales done through our showrooms.
* Handling the LC process from the issuing till the collection.
* Follow with salesmen to ensure that all customers balances are matching and resolve any discrepancy if available
* Vendor account reconciliation and balance confirmation, and supplier creation.
* Verify appropriate approvals of invoices by ensuring that three way matching rules is properly implemented and resolve accounts payable issues and investigate.
* Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
* Coordinate between finance and central warehouse and sites to ensure that all discrepancies is reconciled and cleared.
* Participate in the invoice booking process in oracle.
* Maintain the integrity and the accuracy of the Procure to Pay (P2P) cycle for all new supplier set ups and maintenance.
* Process the automated payment request generated on oracle once the invoice is due in coordination with Project Managers.
* Reporting in weekly and monthly bases the AP reconciliation progress report.
* Assist various month end closing related works.
* Assist with other account payable coordinators workload when necessary to meet departmental deadlines.
Assets Control Duties:
* Maintain accurate and complete asset registers for assets including land, buildings, plants, intangibles and natural assets.
* Recommend to management any updates to accounting policies related to assets.
* Record asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system.
* Track the compilation of project costs into asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed.
* Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets (run dep.on accounting system SAP).
* Conduct periodic physical inventory counts of fixed assets.
* Conduct analyses related to assets as requested by management.
AP Control Duties:
* Monitor contractors and suppliers accounts and log the new transactions into SAP and Delta Financial System.
* Verify contractors and suppliers invoices and issue payment request.
* Log projects financial activities and invoices on excel spreadsheet.
* Analyze and evaluate projects progress.
* Make a Pre-verification for any new deals or contracts related to projects.
* Preparing any reports or analysis for projects according to Management requirements.
* Report in weekly basis contractors and suppliers Aging and account position.
* Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
* Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation.
* Completes audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings.
* Provide Bookkeeping services and Payroll as well as preparation of the Financial Statements.
* Appraises adequacy of internal control systems by completing audit questionnaires.
* Maintains internal control systems by updating audit programs and questionnaires; recommending new policies and procedures.
* Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report; discussing findings with auditees.
* Plan effective auditing processes
* Audit financial statements and assess accounts for accuracy and regulatory compliance
* Inspect internal systems and controls
* Assess risk management tactics
* Perform audits of non-financial areas, like Health & Safety and IT
