Disciplines such as Process, Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation, Petroleum Engineering
skills.
• Provide a comprehensive technical review for the upcoming OJT phase.
• Increase the Process Safety Integrity awareness level.
• Review fundamentals of design parameters, design codes and standards that are essential for
safe operation and maintenance.
• Address the impact of good operating procedures and effective maintenance for optimum
reliability and efficiency.
• Review principals of control along with key tips for safe start up, shut down and emergency
shutdown (ESD)
• Provide illustrations for various examples of equipment and pipelines failure, guideline for
analyzing the cause of the failure and inspection/repair procedure in addition instruction of
operation for new SWP (Service water plant) with the operation group in site as following:
Phase one serves CPF1 and Camp. The process flow is as follows: Alkahla River → Water intake
facilities (Water intake pumps) → Purification equipment (Grit removal → coagulating reactor →
Settler→ Filter) → clean water pool → Water transport pump → CPF1 and Camp.
The combined capacity of the water intake pumps is 130 m3/h, the combined capacity of the two
clean water pools is 1400 m3.
Clean water is transported through an 8” carbon steel pipe 2 km in length from SWP1 to Tie-in point
and two branch pipes (6”) used for transporting water to Camp and CPF1.
Phase Two serves CPF2.
The process flow in Phase 2 is same as for Phase 1.
Clean water is transported through a 24” FRP pipe 24 km in length from SWP1 to CPF2.
Design Philosophy
• Surface facilities design and engineering shall be in line with the development plan, including
reservoir, drilling and production engineering. • To apply modern and reliable technology and product,
to construct high level, high quality HALFAYA oilfield. • To select and install fit for purpose material
and equipment. • To apply recognized International Petroleum Industry and Standards and Practices,
such as API, ASTM,
ASME and ISO. • To comply with the health, safety and the protection of the environment (HSE) policy.

The processes and equipment selection shall be planned and designed in a unified way and installation
will be in phases. • Surface facilities in Phase 3 shall match the oilfield development in the first few
years, and should be upgraded in the future• Monthly Assessment will be conducted to evaluate
the

It is my Management of UP/Downstream oil& Gas Sectors.
Main duties:
1) Planning with a team of work of all engineering discipline with work experience in a senior capacity
in process and utilities of oil production, gas recovery.
2) Directing in preparation of capital and operating budgets.
3) Monitoring daily morning performance report to ensure optimum desired yield. Operations &
Maintenance services covering activities from wellhead to export line.
4)Followed all the activities relevant to Start up the units -Keeping it running under the design
conditions of operation (Pressure, Temperature and Flow) at different equipment (Towers, Reactors,
Vessels, Pumps, and compressors) all this is done by using the Control panels and Control equipment
such as D.C.S, Local controllers, computerized or Semi computerized instrument sequence system such
as plc. Moreover, monitoring all conditions during problems for trouble shooting, and shut down by
managing the engineers and staff.

Had been achieved by improving the processing operation within:
1-Follow upper-commissioning/ commissioning, start-up, of many new projects, Refineries and
NGL/LPG Plants.
2-During dismantling &reconstruction of process equipment's such as towers, pumps, compressors for
transportation role.
3- Team members of start-up for supplying feed to new Detergent plant.
4-Rehabilitation of Unibon hydro cracker unit (38000 BPSD) after 12 years shutdown.
5-Pre-FEED for Revamp of crude atmospherics distillation Unit for enhancement capacity 115%.
6- Chemical Designed Carbon Black Factory from furfural extract for reinforcing grade carbon black for
manufacturing rubbers.
7- Manufacturing new lube oils, asphalts, other products from byproducts.
8-Apilty to investigated many projects through different stages of construction through Basic &
detailed designed and after commissioning and startup of the project.
