• Spearheaded contracts involving negotiations with international media celebrities in five countries over four time zones for an ultra-successful marketing campaign in UAE including over 4 million YouTube hits.

• Handled pre and post-award contract stages, negotiated and finalized contracts for drilling, engineering & construction, production and reservoir divisions in line with company procedures and master service agreements (MSA), floated tenders/RFx & conducted commercial and contractual evaluation for contracts including: geological surveys, offshore jack-up rig and provision of AHTS vessels, onshore drilling rigs, drilling support and associated services, well-site preparation and access road construction.
• Coordinated development of 5 years Contract plans for Pakistan subsidiary, annual performance and quarterly spend forecasts.
• Worked on Global Projects Cost Reduction strategies in over 70 subsidiaries
• Highly involved in both pre-award and post-award phases of downstream contracts including white-oil pipeline project, refinery upgrade project and storage tanks projects, combined worth $200 million.
• Achieved 9th Platt’s Global Energy Award - Community Development Program of the Year in New York, US.
• Monitored and provided performance feedback to suppliers for adherence to project plan, deliveries, claims, delay penalties and dispute resolution.
• Worked with FTSE 100 Company during Masters on project worth GBP 30 million,
• Developed green procurement practices manual for the company.
• Represented Pakistan in the World Petroleum Congress - First Youth Conference in China Beijing 2004. Presented paper and exhibited poster at the conference.
• Served as international vendors’ liaison and internal departments for establishing 450 km long white oil pipeline, F.E.E.D. Contracts of pre-flash, isomerization and hydrodesulphurization plants, and naphtha storage tanks.
• Facilitated recertification efforts involving Quality Management System ISO 9001, Environmental Management System ISO 14001, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System OHSAS 1800.
