• Responsible for the day to day duties of the Information Technology services.
• Analyzing existing IT Systems, and administration of various windows / citrix servers including active directory, SCCM and exchange.
• Managing BMC Remedy issues, troubleshooting and resolving within the time frame.
• Development of a comprehensive test plans to ensure that systems and programs are tested and debugged.

• Managing Windows Servers, File Servers, Different Application Servers, Proxy Servers, Print Server, Help Desk and Inventory Management Server (KZAsset), Backup Server, (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Configured Polycom VSX, HDX and troubleshoots of various conferences, performing test sessions prior the conference and the operation of the Polycom equipment (VSX, MGC, HDX 7000-9000 Series)
• Implemented an improved inventory system, print management solution for the organizations.
• Responsible for IT hardware, software licenses and annual maintenance (AMC) procurement.
• Supervising activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of support team to meet the SLAs.
• Coordinate with IT Manager / Clients on areas covered to include performance reports, service improvements, quality and processes
• Prepare and process various records, reports and related systems written documentation for justifications, status reporting, etc.

• Providing Supervision and Specialized in troubleshooting of clients, assisting the staff with other administrative tasks such as tele/video conference meeting.
• Coordinating with the network team to identify, trouble-shoot & isolate issues related to IP/ISDN network for Video Conference.
• Managing user’s accounts on Webex, DMS (OpenText), Active Directory and RIM server. Consulting with users to identify better enhanced solution and requirement.
• Performing senior operator and systems administrator duties on assigned computer systems
• Conducting data system studies and preparing documentation, Service Agreements (SLAs) and specifications for proposals, LPOs, procurement, etc.
