Project Scope: Support the client, the world’s largest chemical complex ever built in a single phase, to manage the transition of its $20 Billion capital program from the Program organization to the Enterprise after the commissioning and start up by designing and running a governance model to execute this transition

- Developing organization’s business plan & strategy, operational budget, capital budget
- Performs financial operations for more than 300 small-to-medium capital projects with an average annual value of $60 million. This includes monitoring the progress with the projects’ engineers, ensuring projects are within budget and on-time.
- Key team member for implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in Northern Area Oil Operations.
- Key team member for the Cost Containment task during 2009 which resulted in total savings of 10.8%.
- Conducting studies relating to organization business activities/productivity and effective utilization of resources.
- Participated in developing the 2012-2016 business strategy for Saudi Aramco Upstream sector including the capital and operating programs to produce 10 million barrels of crude and 9.9 billion standard cubic feet of non-associated gas per day.
