• Involved in design, configuration, and customization of systems aligned to client requirements.
• Conduct workshops to identify user requirements, design functional specification document, and plan for the improvements.
• Developing a Requirements Management Plan and disseminating the plan to all stakeholders.
• Study existing system practice and suggest business process improvements, including workflow design changes, system customization, etc.
• Provide detailed documentation of complex system specifications, including system scripts, system installation procedures, system backup and recovery techniques and system test methods.
• Defines system objectives and design specifications in collaboration with business analyst and establish complex operational databases, software configuration controls and system interfaces for computer systems.
• Assist in system administration activities, and design administration procedures, templates, and techniques.
• Monitor system licenses usage, and recommend corrective actions.
• Plan and design system innovation activities, and publish progress report.
• Involved in maintaining Maximo integration with other systems.
• Monitors project progress by tracking activity, publishing progress reports, recommending actions.
• Assist the team in investigating critical issues, and conduct root cause analysis for complex system problems.
• Conduct end user training (basic and advance), as well as developing user manuals.
• Conduct team knowledge transfer sessions.
• Ensure system modification quality by conducting unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), and define appropriate test scenarios and test scripts.

• Improve and support the management vision by creating cross-systems’ KPIs and escalations in Maximo.
• Serve as primary contact for Maximo System Users and IT support.

• Provide leadership to technical planning, design, configuration, customization and testing of MAXIMO projects besides guiding all levels of technical consultants in the project team
• Involved in design of technical & functional specifications, conducting GAP analysis for various technical issues like interfacing with other systems, new applications & modules apart from imparting on-site training
• Manage programming activities & customer MAXIMO upgrade apart from evaluation of evaluation of existing Maximo installations and recommendation of technical improvements
• Promotion of organization image & professional services function besides coordinating with application support groups to ensure implementation of global plan for post go-live support
• Guide change control and security set-up for a validated software system apart from developing strategic plan for staffing & skill development for the technical support staff
• Involved in creation of data schemas for application topology, maintenance of organizational standards, guiding & mentoring employees and ensuring completion of internal administrative documentation manual
• Development & maintenance of Skill Assessment Tests, guiding lower level consultants besides conducting performance testing of consultants to provide annual employee assessment
• Accountable for maintenance of organizational Source Code & Documentation standards apart from monitoring quality of source code and documentation

• Serve as a liaison and facilitator between MIS and Marketing to assist in releasing or enhancing mobile services.
• Train staff and end users on working with new computer systems and programs.
