Currently leading the ERP and applications unit in Mattex Group at which the team is responsible for implementing MS Dynamics AX trade & logistics, production, master planning, product builder, warehouse management and finance modules in new factories of Mattex Group after upgrading the factories those are currently using old version of MS Dynamics AX with the addition of implementing advanced modules and improving the business process.
Duties in Mattex projects cover analyzing business process and gap/fit analysis, generating functional requirements documents, designing new system based on industry needs, system setup and configuration, building product models for non standard products and providing training and developed on-the-job training programs, giving go-live support for Mattex companies in manufacturing and supply chain management related modules.
Successfully implemented MS Dynamics AX trade & logistics, production, master planning, product builder and warehouse management modules in several factories for non standard products with the addition of responding to requests for presentations or demonstrations as a contribution in pre-sales activities.
Managed presales activities to provide Oracle E-Business suite and MS Dynamics AX (ERP solutions) for Manufacturing, Oil and Gas sector. Provided presales technical support including technical proposal generation, presales presentations and product demonstrations. Shared in big manufacturing and automation fairs. Contributed in MS Dynamics AX implementations.
Improved the production process by implementing 5S and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs. Applied lean manufacturing concepts within the plant departments. Prepared for ERP system (MS Dynamics GP) implementation by preparing the production data and developing the shop-floor to the level that can match using the new system.
Successfully implemented Baan manufacturing and supply chain Modules in different industries. Gave on-job training for key and end users. Gave technical support for running customers.
Operated and managed one of the factory production lines. Implemented material handling techniques to improve business processes. Managed the production reporting according to the company policies. Followed the hygienic rules that match the industry.
Owned degree is equivalent to British Bachelor (Honors) degree standard in Mechanical Design and Production Engineering.
