•Take the lead role to the project team to monitor and supervise the construction works of the
project and to ensure it meets the requirements in term of cost, quality and time.
•Work closely with Construction Manager on carrying out excellent plan ahead to ensure the
completion of work on time.
•Liaise with client / client representative on contractual and construction matter which ever seek to
necessary.
•Work closely with Construction Manager / Scheduler on the progress and together with Authority
Approval Matter.
•Attend the weekly coordination meeting with the client, architect and consultants.
•Preparation of the technical specification and procedure.
•Develop reports, letters and memoranda regarding project issues for both internal and external
distribution; prepares periodic project status reports.
