Responsibilities include managing the Helpdesk of the IT department. Managing the Service delivery and support. Organizing and managing the team of people for support related affairs. Managing the top level support for $ 4 million converged network. Managing the IT Assets of the company, client relationship management, IT related recruitments, budgeting, technical assessment of the upcoming projects, Aligning IT with business needs/Targets etc.
I was incharge of the IT section. Job responsibilities: managing LAN/WAN, Managing the Window2003 Server, Backup operations, Hardware, Desktop support, providing support to both the branches via Phone/ online, etc. Was managing two branches of the company simultaneously.
Completed the PMP Course at Executrain. Dubai
Took the training in ITIL Service Manager from Parity Training, London. UK. Delivered the Exams in July. Waiting for the results.
Took the training from ITIL House and certified myself in the same.
Took the training from Synergy dubai in Cisco Certified Voice Professional and later certified myself in October 2006.
Got training in the normal procedures of VOIP from the company i was working with.

Did the MCSE in Windows 2000 track and certified myself in the same.
Did Masters in computer sciences with the major focus on Networking of computers. The specialization subject and research were directly concerned with the networking.
