Construction of Two Industrial complexes in MIC
- Handle industrial project simultaneously with Military Industries Corporation (Steel and Concrete structures, extensive MEP works, and infrastructure works.).
- Planning, Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, plant, procurement, accounting, administrative.
- Coordinated between these departments to prepare budget, schedule, shop drawings, PQP, HSE manual, machinery & equipment plan, cash flow plan, manpower plans, and construction program.
- Followed up with the main office to provide needed resources; juggled resources among the project and outsourced minimally.
