Review daily plan, organize, arrange resources, and ensure the completion of the team's responsibilities on time with ensure safety.
Receiving documents from the driver / security (Waybill & Manifest).
Checking and comparing seal number of the container with the documents.
Capturing photo of the seal and the container once it is opened.
Before offloading make sure, the container is not water damaged or any sort of damaged, proper
checking of container quality is must before offloading. (Confirm the details with the shift managers
for understanding)
Assigning team to offload the container.
Coordinating with the Administrator for labels and Manifest.
While offloading make sure forklift operators are placing the stock on standard pallets.
Make sure there is no damages or shortages while offloading the container.
Confirm the stock once checked by the checker by comparing the manifest.
Make sure all the pallets are wrapped and strapped properly.
1.Coordinate with shipping department, request containers for offloading,
2.Shipment, assing for receiving, check received shipment articles and qty. And confirm in WMS.
3.Store branch transfer and daily Replenishment, update assing for picking, confirm any missing or damage.
4. Share dispatch report to concern stores.
5.Update Team Attendance share payroll with Line Manager.
BSNL Lease line, Conncetivity flow control and maintain service at client site behalf of BSNL.
Attend call from clinte and resolve problem about lease line connectivity and maintain connectivity flow.
