After the company. Al Mansoori SE, was awarded the manpower services contract from the Western Region Municipality, I became the project coordination manager responsible for recruitment, selection, negotiation and the transfer of the Western Region Municipality employee to Al Mansoori SE. My responsibilities cover the transfer of employee’s sponsorships, payroll, health insurance and all the HR related formalities. I was subsequently responsible for arranging interviews, selection and recruitment of personnel to fill vacant posts both of UAE nationals and expatriate other requirement activities.

I was also responsible for preparing HR reports for the manpower manager on the overall performance and future plans of the project and the liaison with the public relation and legal advisor to ensure that they confirm to government regulations and MSE procedures.
