Serving as a IT Instructor in Institute of Textile Technology and management Foundation, to DAE and MBA students subject related to computer science.
Served on contract Basis as a Call Center Officer in E-police System on Avaya Technology.
• Provide services as a System Engineer on Macintosh as well as Windows operating system, ability to install various Macintosh Operating System, Final Cut Pro, VDDV player and scheduler, Mac Office, MPEG streaming installation include Deck link Card with configuring different input & output levels on SDI and Component and troubleshooting and provide related software as per user need.
• Configure Idisk utility which manage user data globally, user are able to share data online creating online backup of system.
• Integrated Mac OS x with Windows server and also configure, virtual machine on Mac OS X operating system.
• Handle FPC (Fixed point Check), which used for transmission control flow.
• Keeping all record of program, commercial, promos, complete duration and on airdate.
• Coordinate with programming department with complete update about the fresh, repeated and drop program as mention in FPC for smooth running of transmission
• Ability to make log sheet of live and recorded program, which are going to be on air.
• Keeping record of DV issued for recording and Master of program, maintain account related to the quantity of issued and submitted DV. Keeping record of VHS issued for monitoring record.
• Handle trafficking of the next 24hrs transmission regarding to the cue sheet.
• Work on ERP based Software (Iscala), reconcile expenses, bank and Letter of credit.
• Posted Data after reconciliation as per system need, guide user to posted data related to sale, purchase also distribute employee’s salary.
• Work on Full & Final Settlement of employees also served as cashier.
• Ability to prepared tender documentation on MS Word and MS Excel MS Power Point.
• Configure Windows Server, ISA. Email Exchange and IIS for (FTP, SMTP, and Web administration) Configure Domain controller and Active Directory Management, group policies management console, resultant set of policy, security policies, volume shadow, clustering.
• Configure communication Accessories such as Modem, Routers, Switches and security Cameras.
• Knowledge to control working of ERP (Enterprises Resources Planning) software system.
