Job objectives
- To collect data from each household of my assigned Union Council.
- To collect precise and accurate data from each household.
- To fill form-1 given to me by the organization.
- To inform supervisor from day to day field progress
- To check the questioners filled by the other Enumerators in the field daily.

PIDE is World Bank funded project conducting Panel household survey to asses the economic status of the people Pakistan. I am working as a team leader or Senior Enumerator for KPK. We have conducted survey in target area of KPK province such as district Mardan, Lakki Marwat, Lower Dir and Upper Dir.
- Supervise data collecting from the households through questioner and interviews.
- Data compilation and analysis through different analytical tools.
- Checking of data/information collected by enumerators,
- Data entry and reporting to head office Islamabad.
- Coordinating with Govt and Non Govt stakeholders and participate in weekly meetings.
- Participate in Regular meeting and sharing updates at head office level

I am a self-motivated and result oriented professional with +2 yrs’ experience in various private and government organizations such as, “Pakistan Institute of Development Economics PIDE” and 2 Years in “Human Resource Development Society of Pakistan HRDS”. I have worked in the areas of Social mobilization, Interviewer/Enumerator, Data entry, Data compilation, data analysis and Air and water Quality checking. I am a successful individual with proven records of achievements. I made significant contribution towards the organization’s vision and mission
Job objectives
- Community mobilization and orientation of the project at the field level.
- Conduct meetings with community members and social groups.
- Coordination with field staff for better implementation of activities.
- Develop daily / monthly reports and timely submission to field manager.
- Plan and organize community meetings to build trust and better communication
network.
- Maintain beneficiaries’ database and regular updating.
- Closely coordinate with logistics staff for timely procurement and delivery of project
supplies
- Identify and faire solution of problem at community level with consultation of community
elders.
- Conduct trainings for capacity building and to increase community participation in the
project activities.
Regular Correspondence with Donors agencies i.e. UNICEF, regarding the respective projects activities Overall Co-ordination with all the field staff and report writing Joint monitoring and evaluation with stake holders i.e. education department of all the project activities Providing backstopping support to other sections like Social Sector and Gender Issues, Human and Institutional Development, Social Organization etc
