I had led this project functionally and was solely responsible for the delivery of this project. I led a team of 3 people in this project and have been able to successfully deliver the project for healthcare industry.

AX 2012 R3 Implementation - Aura Retail (Qatar)

I had worked as a Lead Functional Consultant for the implementation of Advanced Warehouse Management AX 2012 R3.
I had also been involved in end to end implementation of Retail Module including the implementation of POS on 13 stores at Mall of Qatar, the biggest mall in Doha, Qatar. The stores on which POS was installed were Trussardi, A’gaci, Silvian Heach, LeCid, Amaya, 4Teen, Riviera Maison, Dimensione Danza, Virtus, Que, Yamamay, McGregor. Further, the implementation also included the two push stores (Terranova and Calliope).

AX 2012 R3 Implementation - Shafallah (Qatar)

I had worked as a lead Functional Consultant for the implementation project of a public sector organization in Qatar since February 2016. The analysis phase of the project is completed and implementation is in progress. I have led the project kick off meeting, handling and mapping of the stakeholders’ expectations. I am also leading the implementation. This project involves implementation of all Financials, Procurement and Sourcing and Inventory Management modules

 Co-ordination with the Vendor's team to distinguish the gap and disconnects between the AS-IS and TO BE phases.

 Responsible for preparing Excel Sheet of Advance payments made to supplier and responsible for subsequent adjustments of advances.
 Verification of Import/Export invoices (Clearing, Forwarding, Freight, and Insurance) for arithmetical accuracy and with Purchase Orders and Consignments for control purpose.
 Responsible for the verification of vouchers prepared by accounts clerk.
 Co-ordination with Internal Auditor to help him conduct audit before payment.
 Responsible for preparing monthly suppliers reconciliations.
