Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation - Q Enrichment (UAE)
I had led this project functionally and was solely responsible for the delivery of this project. I led a team of 3 people in this project and have been able to successfully deliver the project for healthcare industry.
AX 2012 R3 Implementation - Aura Retail (Qatar)
I had worked as a Lead Functional Consultant for the implementation of Advanced Warehouse Management AX 2012 R3.
I had also been involved in end to end implementation of Retail Module including the implementation of POS on 13 stores at Mall of Qatar, the biggest mall in Doha, Qatar. The stores on which POS was installed were Trussardi, A’gaci, Silvian Heach, LeCid, Amaya, 4Teen, Riviera Maison, Dimensione Danza, Virtus, Que, Yamamay, McGregor. Further, the implementation also included the two push stores (Terranova and Calliope).
AX 2012 R3 Implementation - Shafallah (Qatar)
I had worked as a lead Functional Consultant for the implementation project of a public sector organization in Qatar since February 2016. The analysis phase of the project is completed and implementation is in progress. I have led the project kick off meeting, handling and mapping of the stakeholders’ expectations. I am also leading the implementation. This project involves implementation of all Financials, Procurement and Sourcing and Inventory Management modules
AX 2012 Support - Skidata AG, Austria
Have been involved as a functional resource on various support incidents assigned by the users of Skidata Inc. and all its sister concern companies in Financials and Project Accounting modules.
Worked as an Accounts Executive and was looking after the general ledger and monthly reporting around it
• Payable Management:
Posting of Invoices of the vendors and suppliers which include suppliers for raw material, packing material, general items, and all other vendors relating to marketing, sales, and transportation services.
Preparation of Payment Schedules and preparation of Supplier Aging Analysis Report.
Preparation of Pending Good Receipt Note Report.
Preparation and Posting of Purchase Vouchers into the SCM system (where required) as well as into the accounting system.
-Sales Tax working and e-filing.
-Provisioning for outstanding Release Orders.
-Reporting of Pending Good Receipt Notes for provisioning.
-Working of Electricity, Gas and Water Utility Bills per unit analysis for cost accounting and variance calculations.
• Inventory Management:
Inventory includes Raw Material, Spare Parts and Packing Material.
Role & Responsibilities:
Obtain Purchase Orders, Good Receipt Notes from appropriate Departments.
Obtain Invoices/Debit Notes against Purchases.
Maintenance of data on MS Excel Sheet and preparation of Journal Vouchers of Purchases in the respective month and their posting into the accounting system.
Preparation of valuation of Work in Process (WIP) every month.
Valuation of Finished Goods produced and adjustments in values by following the cost records properly.

Role & Responsibilities:
Documentation of SAP AS-IS procedures with regards to FI and CO modules for Payroll and Payable cycles.
Communication and co-ordination with the internal Change Management team with regards to Responsibility Accounting concept.
Co-ordination with the Vendor's team to distinguish the gap and disconnects between the AS-IS and TO BE phases.
Preparation of Process Flow image using Microsoft Visio.
Involvement in inter-organizational meetings of power users and process owners for identifying appropriate cost centers for activities.

Role & Responsibilities:
Preparation and maintenance of Payment Schedule of Supplier on MS Excel Sheet and reporting of schedule to Manager Finance for assistance in Funds Planning.
Responsible for preparing Excel Sheet of Advance payments made to supplier and responsible for subsequent adjustments of advances.
Verification of Import/Export invoices (Clearing, Forwarding, Freight, and Insurance) for arithmetical accuracy and with Purchase Orders and Consignments for control purpose.
Responsible for the verification of vouchers prepared by accounts clerk.
Co-ordination with Internal Auditor to help him conduct audit before payment.
Responsible for preparing monthly suppliers reconciliations.
