1- Controlling and troubleshooting Servers.
2- Responsible for dealing with any networking related problem:
switches, infrastructure and servers.
3- Controlling Active Directory and profiles.

5- Technical trouble-shooting of employee’s email accounts.
6- Troubleshooting company network and computer devices.
7- Perform/verify daily backup.

9- Users PC Hardware/Software support and troubleshooting
10- Fixing & repairing theater devices (Projector, Speakers …).
11- Provide technical support for end users (teacher’s & students)
on all IT issues.
