• Maintain daily register of finished goods, various types of register maintain (delivery document receive, product in data, damage goods, sales return goods), raw materials and check stock report. Maintain store ledger and keep it update all the items & minimum stock level for important/first moving items
• Prepare daily, weekly stock statement and send it to head office timely. Preparing stock layout plan and ensure proper utilization of store space. Prepare a monthly stock report of all inventories & Monitoring all kinds of relevant store functions.
• Communication & Order receiving- communication with area sales person, dealers over phone, by email and will Confirm sales person and customer/dealer for availability of product. Manage overall store activities; liaise with maintenance of production department.
• Reports to concern department like Warehouse manning report, KPI report, Packer performance, Delivery man performance, Van utilization, Daily physically delivery status & Daily store activities etc.
• Delivery & Logistics support, Like- transport route/schedule maintain, priority basis logistics support, Handle loading and unloading point supervision of proper loading & unloading. Ensure timely delivery of requested materials to the concern departments/units/customers, etc. Other task assign by GM.
