Receive request for a proposal, Prepare proposal plan form, call for a kick off meeting, follow up progress with the team members, Assist with problem resolving, negotiate cost & Consolidate bill of quantities with costs and suggested sales prices, Review final proposal document for quality and integrity and call for proposal review meeting, Coordinate internal approval of final proposal document, Submit Proposal to sales for delivery to customer, Manage customer clarification requests, Send equipment forecast and reservations to our factories.
1. Participating in the system development life cycle for the Incorporation: Analysis, System design (such as Structural Chart, File structure, Relations, Input screens, Queries, Report, etc..), Implementation & Test to give support and assistance for studying several international tenders, including but not limited to, Quantity surveying, Material take-off and Pricing, Cost estimating of direct cost, indirect and overhead expenses, Scheduling of projects and preparing of Bids submittal through data controlled by FoxPro. 2. Responsible of System Operation, Production and Data Processing. 3. Anticipate Software problems and take corrective action in a timely manner independently. 4. Daily contacts with computer Software's, such as: Quattro Pro, Primavera Software, Windows, Excel, Org (for organization charts), Word Perfect, Harvard Graphics, Software Tools, such as: PC Tools, Norton, etc..
1. Teaching French Computer Courses, BASIC, Dbase III plus, Lotus 123 & Word Star 2000.2. Follow-up for the Computer Equipment delivered to the Customers, Answer trouble calls, Resolve and Record them, Determine the need to develop new training aspects from users' problems and recommend the appropriate solutions to improve the user's ability to operate equipment.
1. Analysis, Design & Implementation of Payroll, Inventory Control, Maintenance & Sales System using Dbase III plus.
2. Creation of computerized system for Invoices (Sales, Installation & Maintenance Elevators Dept.).
1. Working on Word Star 2000 as an Instructor, to help customers to solve their problems.
2. Using Lotus 123 Release A1 & Release 2, to handle internal work, i.e. Incomes, Outgoing, Petty Cash, Financial Analysis and create my own sheets.
3. Handle the Co. business, by creating my own database files and using them to input data of this sector of work through DBase III.
4. Receiving Incoming calls from users, Determine the nature of their inquiries, Provide information, Solve operational problems and Advise callers on best techniques to meet their needs.
