• NATURE OF JOB AT PRESENT
• Maintenance of Ammonia Plants as Instrument Maintenance Engineer. Looking after total maintenance of field instrumentation like control valves, safety valves, transmitters, Boilers, Steam Super Heaters, Analyzers (Gas & Water), DCS, ESD, field panels of various turbines, compressors, pumps, etc. I am handling a team of seven Instrumentation technicians for day to day maintenance of the total Ammonia plant.
• • Wiring, Termination, Glanding and of instrumentation cables.
• Good Knowledge about Distributed Control System & Programmable Logic Controllers.
Prime responsibility is to keep the plant Instrumentation healthy, by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and guiding technicians.
• • Trouble shooting of interlocks Separators, Sproids, Strippers, Pumps, Turbine, Heat exchanger, Blowers, Compressors and Plant logics.
• Responsibility of all electronic instruments within plant.
• Involved in day-to-day maintenance of Ammonia Plants
• Planning of daily, Preventive and shutdown jobs.
• Modification and up gradation of Instruments and Control Systems.
• Suggesting modifications for better working conditions.
• Working on the Honeywell TDC 3000 DCS, which is used as the main control system for Ammonia Plant. The DCS has HPM/ APM based controllers.
• Involvement in many major suggestions useful in cost savings, energy savings, easy maintenance, reductin in repeat jobs.
• Work experience on TRISEN GOVERNER TS310 (TRICONIX)
• Knowledge of WOOD WORD Governers TMR5009, 505 Digital governers.
• Work experience on Emerson/Rosemount Instruments like Mass Flow meter, Radar level system, Smart Transmitters.
• Knowledge of vibration monitoring system BENTLY NEWADA.
• Knowledge of ALLEN BRADLY plc
• Knowledge of Boiler Instrumentation, Flame monitors.
• Expertise in all types of control valves.
