• Monitoring the project of New Manufacturing Plant Setup (Butyl Rubber Automobile Inner Tubes & Flaps).
• Analyzing the Project management processes and suggesting improvement for efficiency.
• Preparing and analyzing the status of project and communicating Top Management and other project stake holders.
• Designing / Monitoring the Total Infrastructure and Process Layout Design.
• HRM Project, analyzing the human resource requirement. Recruitment for the key personnel’s for the project.
• Identification of required machineries and balancing the layout as per the project scope.
• Meeting and coordinating with vendors for delivery of machineries and other requirements.
• Coordinating with Site Supervisors for daily project progress status.
• Restructuring of processes & Implementation of Lean Manufacturing in existing manufacturing unit.
• Monitoring of Outsourced production work.
Description of the profile: - Associated with HR and QMS team and responsible for Human Resource Development and implementation of QMS (ISO 9001, TS 16949)
Responsibilities:-
• TQM Activities (Internal Auditing of Departments for ISO 9001 and TS 16949)
• Implementation of 5-S Concept
• Handling the Organizational Development activities.
• Training & Development (Inculcate Best Practices, ISO 9001, TS 16949, Safety Programs and Interpersonal skill development)
• Daily MIS Preparation.
Projects undertaken while pursuing MBA:- • Did Research Project on “Influence of Quality Concepts on Organization Environment”, for the fulfillment of MRP in MBA. • Training experience at CONNECT (HFCL Infotel Ltd. Mohali) for 14 weeks as a Management Trainee (Quality Concepts) for the fulfillment of SIP in MBA.
Projects undertaken while pursuing BTech:- • Training experience at HCL Info systems Noida for 8 weeks as an Engineering Trainee during my Summer Internship. • Training experience at ASAP solutions Noida for 8 weeks as an Engineering Trainee.
