Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, Selection, Induction & Separation:
* Managing a team of Human Resource hiring for Pan India Operations for Existing, New Showrooms staff, Backend Operations & Corporate hiring.
* Manage full life cycle recruitment from initial job specification development through employment offer; manages job requisitions/postings and timely fills openings within specified time to fill metrics.
* Conduct thorough needs assessment with hiring managers to ensure candidates presented for interview align with organization goals, position scope, and initial hiring criteria; create and initiate hiring manager satisfaction surveys.
* Creates recruitment strategy in conjunction with hiring managers and establishes plan for communication regarding status updates, resume and interview feedback.
* Manages, maintains and provides weekly summary updates for master job openings/requisition log; ensures data integrity is maintained within the report for accuracy
* Actively builds Talent Pool/Network for assigned business functions to enhance the efficiency of applicant generation; perform and execute passive candidate searches.
* Manages and measures the Applicant experience to ensure all candidates are treated with integrity and enthusiasm from initial contact through final disposition.
* Provides training to managers on hiring process - top talent identification and placement; monitors performance of Hiring Managers to ensure compliance with legal requirements and staffing processes.
* Continually explore process improvements within the recruitment process.
* Administer joining formalities and smooth transition of an employee deputation.
* Take care of prerequisite of different clients and Partner with Business unit for any discrepancy in Background verification of for lateral hire employees and bringing it to closure.
* Preparing the Weekly, Monthly MIS report specific to Business unit & corporate requirements.
* Develop and execute talent retention strategies, understand future needs, identify talent gaps and develop the talent pipeline required, conducting one to one discussion with the employee and working out option of retention with the business unit leadership team wherever required.
* Coordinate with the finance team and ensure closure of the final settlement.
* Handling post separation queries of the ex-employees.
* Work collaboratively with corporate recruitment group on new initiatives that will proactively drive top talent placement.
