• Attend meetings in connection with administrative functions and disseminate information to the district offices concerned.
Maintaining the Director’s diary and keeping him informed appointments meetings.
• Supervise sub-ordinates in preparation of presentation report using powerpoint (soft and hard copy). Systematically compiles and record all submitted reports.
• Responsible in the final editing of reports for presentations and submission.
• Prepares/ encodes and update weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reports both in MS Word & Excel format for submission to the supervisor and other concerned office.
• Preparations of LPO as per the approved quotations and site requirements
• Prepares/ updates status reports of all on-going construction and completed infrastructure projects being undertaken and monitored by our office.
Deals with all project related incoming and outgoing correspondence and communication including Calls, Faxes, Mail, Memorandum, Reports, etc, as per specific instruction.
• Proficient In Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Dos, Dbase, Outlook & Tally • Administrative works/ process involvement & systematic file organize. • Highly motivated, fast learner, performance multitasks and capable under pressure. Ability to work equally as part of team or on my own initiative.
