Supporting Infra Business Unit in terms of Headcount Tracking.
Bench Management - Working closely for Bench resources for different technologies under Infra BU
Maintain various MIS Reports - Demand sheets, Workforce Placement planner report and Bench Report.
Building strong relationship with the Delivery managers for effective Workforce Placement.
Maintaining a pool of resources region-wise and work on demand forecasting as per the availability of the resources.
Coordinating with HR manager and handling joining formalities.
Conducting Induction Program for New Joiners.
Maintained resource records/files & Updating them on regular basis
Well versed with Windows, MS Office (Excel, Word), Internet application, Report Preparation and Tool based Reporting
Arranging training program for all new employees.
Solving queries of employees on day to day basis.
Ensuring smooth supply of resources.
Handling termination cases.
Maintaining resource records/files & updating them on regular basis
Managing the Workforce
Ensuring right quantity of human resource at a right time.
Supporting CS team to achieve their service level.
Ensuring that all CS team able to provide quality service to their customers by managing their skills.
Building schedule for CS Team, setup meetings and trainings for the team.
Calculating shrinkage on day to day basis.
