Inventory Controller
Description:
The Inventory Controller is responsible to maintain an accurate and proper inventory of all merchandising products of each brand in all stores as well as the distribution center. The Inventory Controller has to give maximum feedback and support to the respective brand, buyers or merchandisers in order to minimize the possible stock loss.

Responsibilities:
*ensure incoming products is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure.
*Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved.
*Monitor and evaluate consumables usage and costs.
*Obtain the invoice/packing list of all foreign /local purchase.
*Follow-up with the logistics team for the confirmation of goods receipt and the corresponding scanned/intake/shipment file.
*Responsible for update of the stock, stock transfers, sales file and physical variance report in the respective inventory package.
*Adjustment of stock variance when receiving goods.
*Provide stock holding information to the respective personnel at HO as and when needed.
*Supervise the receiving team.
*Perform Invoice Matching Process Using (REIM). For Supplier Payments.
*Verify and approve RTV documents.

Decision Making Authority
* Physical inventory and periodic check.
* Analyze Shrinkage for each department
* Adjustments of stocks base on physical inventory.
