• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Find new customers and introduce them to the product
• Identify the needs of a customer and provide a chance for meeting those needs through offering the needed products or services
• Open a new account and file for the new customers
• provide the customers with Quotations' price for the needed products, then follow-up theme for making the purchasing orders
• Follow-up deliveries of the orders to customers and make sure it is correct.
• Keep records of all interactions with customers, maintain contact and build lasting relationships with customers
• Guide potential customers to discover their requirements and then offer the best solution to make sure those needs are fulfilled
• Make sales calls and contact both potential and present customers
• Give training for customers and educate them about the product
• •Analyze sales statistics and determine sales potential to achieve the monthly sales target
• Coordination with the sales staff in order to achieve the required percentage of sales in order by searching for new customers
• Responsible for the file of a product (MEDICOM) in the Middle East
• Contact new and existing customers within and outside UAE in order to introduce new products
• Make work visits and tours with customers in order to strengthen relations
• Participate in the planning & developing of the marketing plans, which would include, marketing research, sales programs, advertising, public relations, etc.

• Diplomatically resolved customers’ complaints on as-needed basis.
