Head of Regional Managed and Support Services Responsible for:
• As the Head of Regional Managed and Support Services, my responsibilities encompass managing and overseeing the delivery of Managed and Support Services across Egypt and the wider region.
• I am tasked with hiring qualified candidates who possess the necessary skills to manage customer environments across various technology streams, including Telco Cloud, Network Security Solutions, Data Center Solutions, and more.

• In addition, I am heavily involved in the Ministry of Education's Digital Transformation Project, which involves overseeing the implementation of digital technologies across 2530 different locations, including the main data center and its associated NOC.
• I am also responsible for establishing sales awareness programs that enable our sales teams to offer our services to potential customers.
Benya Group IT Director responsible for:
• As the Benya Group IT Director, my duties involve creating and implementing the necessary IT strategy and plan for the organization.
• I am responsible for building the required capacity planning, developing the IT budget for all of Benya's companies, and maintaining the IT and security services for the group. Additionally, I am responsible for securing Benya's business environment using various security solutions.
• Overall, my goal is to ensure that Benya Group's IT infrastructure and services are efficient, secure, and up-to-date, enabling the organization to achieve its business objectives.
• Develop and implement IT strategy that aligns with the business objectives of the organization.
• Oversee the IT department and managing the IT staff, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and training to perform their jobs effectively.

• Coordinated with Contact Center, IT, and PMO departments to launch the "Tax Authority" contact center CRM.
• Worked closely with the PMO to activate MS Enterprise Project Management and refurbish all business reports and dashboards.
• Led the Enterprise Architecture Initiative with ITIDA, ensuring effective alignment with business goals and objectives.
Head Of Project Management Office and doing the following:
• As the head of the PMO department at Raya Data Center, I spearheaded the successful launch of the Public Cloud service, which involved extensive planning and delivery.
• Additionally, I oversaw the planning and preparation of the Private Cloud service, ensuring that it was completed on time and within budget.
• To support these efforts, I determined the staffing requirements for the PM discipline, and was involved in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees.
• I also provided ongoing coaching and monitoring to ensure that all projects were implemented effectively, while coordinating with other department heads as required.
• As part of my role, I reviewed and approved projects' plans and activity reports, as well as other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.
