Job description Responsible for pre-award activities including bid invitation preparation, processing queries from bidders, preparation of bid evaluation programs, evaluation of bids, negotiation, contract preparation and furnish award formalities
Obtain Principal Proposals & evaluate against other related supply sources.
Responsible for post-award activities including conducting kick - off meetings, coordinating all contract submittals and correspondence, preparation and processing of variation orders, claims
Monitor various sales and administrative proceedings and ensure completion of all the related Sales Records maintenance procedures.
Handle Customer Services / Clients Quotation Request & accordingly comply to Customer requisitions.
Supervising and coordinating the day to day activities of the sales team, projects department, and the warehousing.
Maintain the Sales records & ensure compliance with all the relevant Quality Management System standard
Prepare and maintain all the documentation in line with the Kuwait Custom Requirements for Clearance procedures.
Effectively communicate and work closely with all internal departments. Build a good working relationship with the clients, ensure an understanding of the client’s needs and objectives, and approach decisions as a partnership with the customer.
Designation : Shipping & Logistic Coordinator.
Job description :
Ensure efficient handling of all inbound / outbound consignments through the facility.
Responsible for liaison with shipping agencies / custom & arrange for necessary documentations
Ensure Efficient clearing and forwarding of Sea / air and overland shipments
Coordinate with all the relevant Govt. Authorities to complete formalities of all inbound / outbound clearance and delivery procedures.
Supervise / arrange for convoy with precise documentation for National Support Element “British Forces”
Correspond with the Principal on regular basis and handle all the relevant Quotation.
Check on all the Imports / Exports shipments by coordinating with Shipping agencies.
Ensure professional customer service & handle customer issues professionally in a tactical manner
Maintaining the integrity of the project deadlines
Complete all customs paperwork promptly, thoroughly and accurately, to achieve required levels of service and minimize potential problems or issues in service delivery

Job description : Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Handling all the Inbound / outbound U.S Military Shipments.
Prepare the vessel arrival reports & accordingly update the logistic system
Ensure the Container delivery to Consignee
Follow up with Consignee and provide status update
Ensure all the Empty Containers are picked up and return back to the port
Update the daily container movement and verify all the container reports
Customs clearance of all the U.S. Military Consignment
