DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Demonstrate & recommend products to optimize sales while offering excellent customer service. Support management at all times whilst acting in accordance Company Policies & Procedures.

Key Performance Areas to include but not limited to:
Ensure sales and key service areas are clean, presentable, fully stocked & compliant to Brand/Company Policies & Procedures.
•Responsible for the ensuring the Design Studio and key service areas of the brand are delivered to consistently high standards.

•Responsible for all Administration & Document completion.
•Responsible for the effective operation of the Design Studio, Gift Registry, Order Desk and Mission Control areas of the store.
•Responsible for actively seeking ways to maximize sale & achieve targets at every opportunity.
• Order Desk: Responsible for courteous and efficient telephone service to maximize sales to telephone customers. Liaise with colleagues in local distribution center.
