I am responsible for HR Management and Operations of newly launched Online Project "Dealsassured" on three platforms namely AMAZON, EBAY and Ecommerce Website. My activities include develop, implement, maintain HR policies and procedures to meet the project needs. Besides, I am responsible for day to day operations of our project on Amazon, Ebay and Ecommerce website. I maintain a close liaison with suppliers, couriers, customers, Ebay, Amazon, line staff members in warehouses and senior management for effective delivery of expected results.

Ensuring submission of the respective field’s effort report on a quarterly basis; field area’s organograms; supervising monthly change in payroll.
I had also been assigned to act as Senior Manager HR from 21st February, 2011 to 5th March, 2011 and from 1st January, 2011 to 6th January, 2011 in Save the Children based on my excellent performance.
