RESPONSIBILITIES: * To run the Pasta Production as per IMS and specifications to ensure Raw/Packing materials and final products are meetings the quality requirements.

* To prepare for the machines and production lines maintenance break down and preventive maintenance in coordination with the maintenance Dep.
* Managing and supervising the plant teams (Production, packing, warehouse and HSE) of 250 employees.

* Receiving the non conforming reports from QC Department and work on the corrective and preventive actions

* Report daily on QC analysis and product non conformance statistical report and product performance measurement to ensure conformity to quality and creating data for any further development work.
* Conducting hygiene training for the employees on their joining to the plant.
* Coordinate with the other QC staff in performing laboratory tests to enhance performance.
* Coordinating and advising on technical trouble shooting and resolving production issues or problems to achieve the mutual goals.
* To asses and investigate customer complaints in coordination with the other concerned departments to find the root causes and suggest the corrective actions and put the preventive actions.
* Studying the competitor products in coordination with the QAM to evaluate and continuously improve our products.
* Handling the calibration for the meters, balances and machines being used in the QC work.
