Electrical Design & Project Engineer

1. Revamp Project:
-Looking after revamp of Ammonia Plant, Basic Engineering Design (BED) and Development of Detail Engineering Design (DED) including development/review of all construction and design documents.
-Engineering and review of all electrical documents e.g. Motor specification, Load list, cable routing & Cable Schedules, termination & interconnection drawing.
-Design & procurement of MV switch-gear, MCC, transformer, power cables, VFD’s for revamp project at Fatima Fertilizer.
-Design & procurement of Generator protection panel for expander loaded Induction generator.
-Electrical system study to evaluate impact of load addition & induction generator on power system reliability.
-Design of Electrical Equipment as per Hazardous area classification.
-Preparation of ITP “inspection and test plant” in supervision of commissioning of electrical switch-gear, power transformers, motor test run, VFD’s.
