• Responsible for complete Facilities Management and Administration
• Ensure operational aspects are delivered in accordance with the SLA and apply controlled measures to rectify the identified deviation where appropriate
• Develop required procedures for effective management of different services and ensure that they are timely reviewed and maintained for continuous improvement

• Risk Management and Risk Register, carry out Risk assessments to identify and record different categories of risks and implement sustainable corrective actions to mitigate them
• Initiate cost savings, focus on value engineering to reduce cost base
• Plan & Manage budget, LPO’s/invoices and provide budgetary analysis information to assist in annual budgetary and forecasting processes.
• Team management and development, Lead, recruit and conduct regular training / toolbox sessions to deliver services in the most efficient and effective manner
• Ensure Objectives, Performance Reviews and Job Charts are completed as per company policy
• Source, Negotiate and manage all Contracts & Contractors as per the SLA’s & KPI’s
• Manage and maintain company Asset and carry out annual asset inventory & verification
• Responsible for healthy interaction with internal teams, staff or client and maintain good relationship to discharge the consistent, effective and efficient services, support best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, IMS, office security relevant company / client policies generating a true health and safety culture
• Practice general HSE for health & safety of staff and to maintain good environment in premises
• Plan and initiate Energy and Natural resources saving, Environment management etc.
• Manage Recycle and waste management process
• Conduct service audits and monitor performance with regular inspections and report any non-conformance, unsafe act or unsafe condition and suggest opportunity for improvement
• As Internal Auditor, carry out 14001 EMS & 18001 HSE Internal Audits of the company and also an active member of Business Continuity Management team
• Implementation of best practice in industry complying health and safety requirement to obtain ‘zero’ incident track record for site related accidents ensuring compliance by contractors
• Effective management of company fleet, driver’s and fleet maintenance
• Procurement, manage complete business cycle and supply level to maintain minimum stock availability at any given point of time for all range of products as per requirement and budget
• Actively organize and control store inventory
• Provide all support services, parking system, logistics, archiving, couriers, pubs & subs, business printing, manage executive accommodations, office access, support events and more
• Regularly track CAFM system to ensure timely completion of job cards with stress on priorities
