I supervised PhD research programmes in Formal Safety & Reliability Engineering fields; co-authored technical papers in these fields. Supervised a large number of undergraduate and postgraduate research projects in a variety of engineering design and development cases.
I developed collaborative relationships with industrial partners and participated in a number of new ship design and construction projects as a consultant.
