✓ Managing and Planning for Project Implementation.
✓ Scheduling, Planning, Obtaining materials and selecting equipment used.

✓ Attend coordination's meeting with client & Consultant to follow the progress of projects execution.
✓ Site Supervision, Quality Control and solving site problems in addition of Staff missions Distribution.
✓ Following all the relevant drawings, Specifications and Bill of Quantities.
✓ Coordination with all the sub contractors, arrange and monitoring work execution in addition to releasing payment.
✓ Coordination with the relevant local authorities to get the NOC's letters and all the required permissions.
