Role: Project Manager & Business Analyst
• Guide the improvement of the social program management ERP system
• Analyze requirements and build the BI dashboard of the social program management ERP system
• Maintain the Juvenile management system

- Provide support in database architecture of the organization through database
design, modeling and implementation
- Develop plans, strategies and standards for data within the enterprise
- Understand the end-to-end scope of work and design architectural solutions
accordingly
- Integrate all data in the data management platform enabling accessibility
- Ensure that the database base is secured and updated
- Partner with all other teams (database management team, software development
team, designers) and users to provide best solutions by maintaining the best
standards of practice
- Oversee that the database back-up and recovery system are available in the
enterprise for current and future use, including a potential crisis time
- Control and maximize the data resources and processes within the organization
- Use database design and database modeling concepts to ensure data accessibility and
security
- Understand the future requirements and model database concepts accordingly
- Support the organizational data warehouse through appropriate utilization of ETL
tools
- Provide training and necessary support for the development team
- Design and developed analytical reports and dashboards
- Develop database system, data architectural designs, and other related databases
- Develop and implement strategies, policies and standards for data architecture in the
enterprise
- Ensure that designing, recovery and implementation of a database is carried out
effectively
- Involve in data cleaning procedure by removing old, corrupted or irrelevant data in
consultation with the teams
- Transform the data from individual system to a common accessible server
- Ensure the security and accessibility of data to all users across the enterprise and also
the end-users
- Perform database work along with database management team, development teams
and external users
- Regularly check the performance of the data architecture to meet strategic business
goals
- Deal with the vendors or business partners for product and service development
- Report to the project manager or technology lead
- Upgrade and Maintain the payroll system
