working on construction of a “Comprehensive Secondary school” consisting of three floors reinforced concrete building, with stones and concrete bricks, having a total area of 9800 m2, including all associated external works. Project is located in Sult City, Jordan. Project Value: 3.5 millions US $.
Responsibilities included: supervision of works, quantity surveying, interim payments preparation, construction program preparing and follow up of related works … etc.
Site Engineer with the British Contractor (Laing Projects BV), working on construction of an “Armour Rebuild Facility” project in Dleil, Jordan, under supervision of “United States Corps of Engineers” & “Jordan Royal Engineers”.
Project consists of Advanced Industrial Steel Buildings Complex & Administration Reinforced Concrete Buildings Complex on an area of 2.5 km2, with associated external works as roads, underground services, housing estate, water and wastewater treatment plants, and 3 km long reinforced concrete test track for testing armoured vehicles
Responsibilities included:
* Preparing details for construction for civil, concrete and steel works for both industrial and administration buildings,
* Preparing items submittals, obtaining materials approval, quantity surveying, supervision of construction works ... etc. Project Value : 60 millions US $.
