Technical support and incident tracking for customers as post sales.
Intervention, Installations, training, models and Audit for customers in Morocco and
Africa.
Taking care of the internal IT and telephony.
• Domain Controller, Active Directory (DNS/DHCP).
• CRM Database maintenance and backup.
• Taking carre of Telecoms equipment (Gatways, IPPBX, routers..)
• Network issues analysis (Wireshark).
Deployment plan Design and management of installation work.
