Responsible for the Repair and Maintenance of Mobile Concrete Pumps, Stationary Pumps of the company.
•Responsible for monitoring preventive maintenance procedures for entire fleet of machineries and vehicles of the company for uninterrupted Services.
•Inspection of Equipments and Vehicles before Sending and after receiving from different sites and preparation of Inspection Reports.
•Assisting Foremen and Technicians in Trouble Shooting, Ordering of Spare parts and also to ensure that Spare parts are delivered in time.
•Identifying and ordering of running spare parts to decrease the down time of machineries.
•Estimating cost and time of Major Repairs and controlling the same within limits.
•Assessing required tools and skills for maintenance Personnel and organizing training programs for the same.
Highlights:
•Played a key role in reducing the cost of Outside Repairs, also increasing the quality of repair as well as reducing the downtime by more than 10%.
•Successfully underwent the training for Advanced Hydraulics by Putzmeister and imparted the same to colleagues.
Central Fleet Yard
Responsibilities Handled:
•Responsible for the Repair and Maintenance of different types of Equipments and vehicles of the company.
•Responsible for monitoring preventive maintenance procedures for entire fleet of machineries and vehicles of the company for uninterrupted Services.

•Communicating equipment feedback from the field to principals with focus on effectuating modifications in equipment sub-systems and improving equipment performance.
Maintenance
•Managing Repair and maintenance of equipments; implementing predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various vehicles and machineries to increase machine up-time & equipment reliability.
•Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipments through application of troubleshooting tools/procedures.
Documentation
•Preparation of various MIS reports covering area of equipment performance, plant cost, repair history, equipment history card and other statuary requirements.
