Major Responsibilities included:
• Coordination and tracking of Telenor project sites for Hanover & Take over forms for ZTE.
• Updating daily to ZTE Management for issues & Progress.
• Compiling forms and uploading to ZTE Servers.
• Attending meeting with customer (ZTE & TP) for updates/ progress and implementing the SOPs.
• Coordination and tracking refueling of Telenor (South) sites issues and resolve through teams in the region and report to the management.
• Prepare Monthly/ Weekly reports of south region sites of refueling and present to the management.
• Coordination with vendors/Sub-Contractors regarding issues which arise on sites and ensure work quality of refueling.
• Coordination and tracking the ZonG sites (South Region) issues regarding Power. (CP, DG, Refueling)
• Develop monthly/ weekly reports of Power issues of south region sites.
• Resolve Power issues of south region Sites in Coordination with sub-contractors.
• Audit the preventive maintenance of sites performed by engineers to ensure Quality of work & maintain operator specified standards.
• Track the payment issues/ Compile reports of the sub-contractors regarding their services rendered in south region.
• Participate in the monthly meetings with Operator management to present the performance/ work done by the company.
• Coordinate to evaluate the performance of the staff by their weekly/ monthly target achievement.
To coordinate with the Service Centers for Inventory & Supplies.
To maintain Admin related issues.
