ARANER is a company that includes all the engineering disciplines of
Mechanical, Electrical, Arch, Civil and I&C. Due to the strong
capabilities of ARANER, in addition to the contracting we were
capable to construct many project on EPC contract base and design
others.
Technically, In ARANER I have experienced all mechanical equipment
of industrial and commercial range like chillers with all compressors
types and their manufacturing process, Cooling towers, all types of
pumps, primary pumps, secondary pumps TES pumps, make up
pumps, basket strainers, suction diffusers, side stream filtration,
water treatment, chemical dosing systems, air separators, air
compressors, TES Tanks (Steel and concrete), all types of Insulation
systems, monorails, piping and valve packages up to 1500mm Dia.,
flow meters, electrical equipment and all control instruments, in
addition to all the building MEP services that normally comes in plants
on bigger scale and more complications with Authorities, add to this
the experience of testing and commissioning of all above equipment
and the full awareness about the authorities requirements and
procedures to obtain the BCC.
For the managerial and commercial disciplines, I have the required
communications and personal skills of finding the suitable
subcontractors and suppliers and negotiating their rates based on full
knowledge of actual market rates and based on strong technical
background, work procedures and resources, it is a part of my
accountability also to build the work agreements for the contracts
with subcontracts and suppliers and even with clients.
PIVOT Engineering is one of the leading companies that includes all engineering disciplines, I have worked as a mechanical project engineer on 9 towers of (B+G+9) in a huge project that was joint venture with SANJOSE (Spanish Contractor) company which was professional also in the same field, for the scope of work kindly refer the below clause of responsibilities and scope of work.
I have occupied many positions in Drake and Scull Engineering Co. due to the skills that I have, I started as mechanical engineer, then I have been promoted to be senior design engineer and engineering team leader due to my capabilities in engineering and the related calculations, also I have been deployed on many projects as project engineer like Wafi hotel complex and mall expansion and the related district cooling plant and other plants with very high achievements, for the responsibilities and scope of work kindly refer the below clause of responsibilities and scope of work.e, I started as
I have worked as a senior mechanical engineer on the projects of Arab American University.
It was a great start, from day one I have been deployed on huge projects like Movenpick hotel, Grand Park hotel, ministries complex project..etc
