• Primary responsibility is designing, overseeing and implementing AZHD’s compensation and benefits programs by managing the compensation policies and procedures with the flexibility to ensure internal equity and the external competitiveness.
• Evaluating different jobs using the appropriate job evaluation system (Hay / Towers etc) as required ensuring proper grading system in place.
• Monitor salary structure to ensure that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with AZHD’s overall strategic objectives and HCD vision.
• Educate, mentor and train HR staff on processes and professional practices to assess benefits and compensation needs.
• Research and make recommendations on the different consultants to ensure the salary scales and grading system is periodically updated as per market trends.
• Monitors the job market, modern trends in the compensation and finds the best practice for the implementation in AZHD without the major impact on the personnel expenses costs.
• Consult with internal business partners, such as department heads and management, to assess benefits, compensation and compliance needs by building and maintaining the positive and influencing relationship with the executive management.
• Design, Monitor and Coordinate the Non-Financial Rewards schemes and policy for AZHD along with coordinating compensation processes like the salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development.
• Design and proposed the Employee retention plan and policy for the employees and ensure that the programs are legal, current, and competitive.
• Oversee the distribution of pay and benefits information to the organization’s employees in accordance with the confidentiality policy.
• Using a variety of analytical, database, and presentation software to draw conclusions, present their findings, and make recommendations to other department heads in AZHD.
Participating in and conducting surveys and special projects for Benefits, Compensation, and other HR departments as needed.
