• Work assignments with coordination with the HR / Project Management.
• Employees leave application / repatriation / Electronic Visa (E/R or E/F) / resignations / exit interviews.
• International / Domestic Ticketing.
• Manpower summaries as and when needed.
• Data Entry in HRIS.
• Preparation of PO's for subcontractors.

• Assist Administrative Manager in administrating and monitoring all activities of Administration section,
ensuring that it is operating smoothly, efficiently and in a timely manner.

• Organise and maintain regular inventory list of property of organization after 6 months basis in cooperation with Finance Officer.
