Nature and responsibility of work:
Draft and finalize job descriptions and specifications for various vacancies as they arise and place job postings through various channels.
Sort, filter and review job applications, organize interviews and tests for shortlisted candidates and provide recommendations to the management regarding candidate selection
Coordinate the entire recruitment process for new hires including generating offer letters, collecting and verifying official documents in coordination with administrative and accounting staff.
Assisting new employees with general orientation and related matters.
Maintain employee files with all relevant data as per best practices and as stipulated in the Labor Law.
Maintain data pertaining to employee contracts, work permits, leave balances etc in and update the same in a timely manner.
Coordinate with PROs to ensure that all visa and residence related formalities for employees are completed on time.
Draft necessary HR related correspondences-memos, letters, certificates etc.
Conduct regular employee visits and ensure that employee concerns and issues are addressed and the same are conveyed to management as and when required.
Identify training needs and conduct required training programs in conjunction with the relevant department heads
Formulate and document company policies and procedures in co-ordination with the management and key team members.
Conduct performance management activities including performance appraisals, report the findings to the management and ensure that employees receive required feedback from the supervisors and management
Assist the management in finalizing employee compensation, rewards and benefits
Responsible for whole HR and Training activities of the Hospital

Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Manages new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements, negotiating with movers, providing community introductions.
Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
Manages intern program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments, monitoring intern job contributions, coaching interns, advising managers on training and coaching.

Nature and responsibility of work:
Maintenance of employee database, Maintaining /Updating Leave Records
Responsible for the end to end recruitment process of Hospital and Medical Centers
Preparation of Yearly Man Power plan and HR budgeting
Responsible for the preparation and record of HRMIS and updating to the Country Head on time
Conducting various welfare activities. Community initiatives programs - organizing & participation.
Regular updation of communication channels.
Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
Prepare & process timely distribution of Salary, bonus, increment Salary slip, leave encashment and full & final settlements. Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality,
Conduct employee orientation and facilitate new comers joining formalities
Maintain and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database, organogram) of each employee.
Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have and escalate to the right level
Implement and administer performance management process as per the policy and timelines. Conduct exit interviews for employees and record them accordingly
Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in consultation with the respective Managers.
Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
Statutory Maintenance and renewal of documents in the right time
Coordinate with consultants & candidates for scheduling appointments with the Management team for sourcing
Identifying the needs of training in each department and giving proper training in liaison with the concerned HOD’s
Maintaining cost control on purchasing of vacation Tickets of the employees.
Perform secretarial and a variety of general duties to support the Department Head such as:
To maintain and organize supervisor's diary/ schedules, prioritize his tasks and render assistance to ensure effective time management.
To take dictation, draft correspondences from brief notes or verbal instructions, proof read all documents and dispatch to the concerned.
To process incoming and outgoing mail, includes sorting, date stamping and attaching references, and send/ receive telex, e-mail or facsimile messages.
To maintain computerized track of all incoming and outgoing correspondences, monitor and follow up with concerned employees on the progress of activities to provide up-to-date status.
To arrange meetings and appointments for the Department Head, and receive visitors.
To receive and answer telephone calls, take down / relay messages, and answer routine queries.
To apply computer programs to prepare slides for presentations and workshops or other purposes related to the Department.
To prepare consolidated departmental weekly reports.
To maintain confidential and general files, and keep required office stationery and supplies.
Nature and responsibility of work:
Review of legal documents to ensure they are in proper format and contain all necessary portions or related documents for court acceptance and filing of legal documents with proper courts.
Performing a variety of legal secretarial duties such as scheduling hearings, preparing legal documents, correspondence, counseling and HR administration.
May take or transcribe legal dictation, minutes of meetings and taped records of conferences, settlement discussions etc...
Served as liaison between assigned advocates, departmental personnel, Clients and court systems.
Transmits privileged legal and other information among staff, Clients and authorized persons
