Responsible for organising and conducting interviews - market research, conducting surveys, drawing conclusions. Also, responsible for helping in planning and formulating aspects of research and development proposals such as objective or purpose of project, cost of project, equipments and assisting lead manager.
Managing Staff, Establishing relationship with local community (CSR), learned to work under pressure through dealing with large quantity of construction material, legal documentation, and negotiation with potential buyers and financial controlling.

I analysed and interpreted information from various sources including the Internet, libraries, research sampling and museum archives.
